compact grade laminate panels.

LeisureLine™ is available in a

coated colours, which ensures
the system is suitable for a

The system also offers a unique
anti-finger trap door design,
which is essential for areas where
children of all ages are left to
enjoy themselves.
The cubicles also feature vandal
resistant doorframes, with
anti-lift off, heavy duty hinges
that will withstand the most
punishing environments.
INDICATOR BOLT
Designed specifically for
continual use, this turn knob
type indicator bolt incorporates
a stainless steel/brass
mechanism and non-corrosive
stainless steel fixings. The
clashing post is fitted with a full
length buffer strip to prevent the
doors being damaged through
constant use.
HEADRAIL
A substantial top rail provides
maximum rigidity, running the
full length of the installation.
Where cubicles are free standing
or in a corner, the top rail is
returned to the back wall along
the partition. A solid cast
aluminium corner piece ensures
the rigidity is maintained
throughout the rail and a
continuity of design.
HINGE
Doors are supported on a
full-length single hinge
providing additional rigidity to
the panel and ease of installation
on-site. Mounted on nonferrous
metal cams the hinge
can be pre-set in the factory to
fall open or closed and is suitable
for both inward and outward
opening. The unique design of
the hinge eliminates the
possibility of fingers being
trapped; this is vital for areas
where young children may be
supervised.
INDICATOR BOLT FACE PLATE
Slim and compact the
attractive streamlined faceplate
compliments the system.
Incorporated in its design is a “coin release” mechanism for
easy access in case of
emergencies.
INTERMEDIATE LEG
A stylish intermediate leg is
supplied to compliment the
system where large unsupported
panels may occur i.e. family/
disabled cubicles with
unsupported spans in excess of
1500mm. This eliminates “whip” in the panels, further
adding to the durability of the
system.
PANEL CONSTRUCTION
Doors and fixed panels are
supplied with Compact Grade
Laminate which is a versatile
high performance material that
is impressively strong, damage
resistant and has remarkable
structural stability.
