Overview

Solid surfacing vanity units in public washrooms stand up to the most critical scrutiny. Quick and easy to clean, saving man-hours, and combining elegance with durability to create a stylish appearance. Non-porous, stain resistant, seamless bowls and coved upstands give the versatility required. Add a fully framed laminated unit below and altogether you have a system ideal for office, hotel and retail installations.



Vanity tops are constructed from 12-13mm Solid Surfacing material with a 25mm Moisture Resistant Medium Density Fibreboard substrate. Typically incorporate front downstand and rear upstand with the front edge machined and polished to a 12mm radius. Unit Construction comprises Laminated 12mm Medium Density Fibreboard mounted on 50 x 38 softwood subframe to an overall working height of 850mm. Secret lift-off access panels below each bowl position.

Tops: Generally 300mm or 600mm depth manufactured from 12/13mm solid surfacing material
Profile: Option 1 (Inset): 600mm deep x 75mm integral upstand x 200mm downstand with front & top edges Postformed to a 20mm radius.
Option 2 (Semi-Recessed): 300mm deep x 75mm integral upstand x 300mm downstand with front & top edges Postformed to a 20mm radius (integral bowls cannot be supplied with semi-recessed units)
 
 
 
 
Face Colour (Top): LG Hi-Macs, Corian DuPont or Hanex
Underpanels: Manufactured from 18mm Moisture Resistant MDF to a V313 specification. Faced in a high pressure laminate.
 
Face Colour (Panels): Polyrey Washroom HPL Collection
Underpanel Edge Detail:
Vertical Edges Postformed to a 12mm radius with horizontal edges lipped in a matching or contrast 2mm PVC.
 
Support System: CLS Softwood supplied with factory bonded Laminate faced shadow gap, supplied in KD form for on site installation
Fixing System: Keku Black Makrolon lift off & push in fittings
Flashgap Colour: Polyrey Washroom HPL Collection
Skirting: Laminate faced Moisture resistant MDF
Panel Arrangement: Manufactured to suit your layout & sanitaryware
Dimensions: To suit site dimensions, where the Vanity units are required in excess of 3600mm in length or wher the site dictates the units to be manufactured in multiple sections,the Vanity units will require a site joint which will be carried out by our specialists.
 
 
Washbasin Cutouts: The Vanity units will be cut out for the specified washbasin or can be supplied with integral washbasins, factory fitted.Cut outs for undermount basins will be polished.
