Project Summary:

Wolverhampton Interchange 4 storey retail and office scheme in the heart of the city forms part of £139m redevelopment. Quality & sustainability are key features of this building and the construction to BREEAM excellent standards make it one of the most sustainable buildings in the city with retail units placed on the ground floor and three levels of Grade A office space above believed to be the first in Wolverhampton.

With Grade A specification in mind and budget limitations to work to Excelsior’s Flush 30 Range with stainless steel hardware finished in Walnut with contrasting pilasters was decided upon. The High-Pressure Laminate PUR bonded onto 28mm MR core, complete with rebated ABS lipped edges to doors and pilasters provides an impressive finish, and the contrasting pilasters exceed LRV requirements.

Solid surface vanities with exposed waste enhance and complement the grade A finish in the washrooms.
