The Challenge
ITS aimed to create washrooms that would function seamlessly across different areas of the building, ensuring both consistency and ease of use. Their goal was to provide their client with a cost-effective, durable solution that didn’t compromise on design.
They sought a manufacturer who could deliver IPS panels, cubicles, and vanities with a focus on high-quality materials and functionality, while also incorporating modern design elements. This approach ensured a fresh, cohesive aesthetic throughout the building, aligned with the client’s budget and long-term performance needs.
The Solution
In designing this washroom, a sophisticated palette from the Pfleiderer collection was curated, blending rich walnuts, dark veneers, warm bronzes, and elegant oaks. These finishes beautifully complement the gold and blue accents in the accessories and tiles, creating a harmonious yet striking atmosphere. For the vanity, a white, marble-effect surface was opted for, adding a timeless touch of luxury to the space. The architects envisioned a seamless, flush-fronted facade for the cubicles, and our Flush44 range was the perfect solution to achieve this high-end, streamlined look. The design features D-line ironmongery, which provides a sleek, recessed finish, further enhancing the minimalist aesthetic while maintaining a sophisticated and functional appeal.
Within the cubicles and surrounding the urinals, our pre-hung duct panelling systems provide a sleek and sophisticated aesthetic, cleverly concealing pipework, cables, and other utilities. Designed with hygiene in mind, these panels are not only easy to clean but also contribute to maintaining the washrooms' pristine appearance.
The Result
The completed washrooms perfectly embody a balance of style and practicality. The bespoke panelling and fixtures create a cohesive and modern aesthetic, elevating the overall design of the space. Clean lines, durable materials, and thoughtfully integrated systems come together to deliver a fresh, contemporary look that is both visually striking and highly functional. The result is a set of washrooms that not only meet the client’s operational needs but also enhance the overall ambiance of the building, leaving a lasting impression.
