The transformation of Halesowen College’s Trinity Way building involved extensive refurbishment and remodelling to create a new education facility across five floors with a strong, contemporary aesthetic.
The Challenge
The washrooms needed to provide a robust solution suitable for a busy educational environment, while contributing to the fresh, modern feel of the newly refurbished building. The scheme called for cubicles, vanities and IPS systems that could work together seamlessly, while allowing the design to introduce colour and personality into the spaces.
The Solution
Our High Spec Flush 44 range was selected for the washrooms across floors 4 and 5, bringing together cubicles, vanities and IPS systems in a cohesive, high-spec solution. Vibrant Pfleiderer Chartreuse and Pfleiderer Pacific HPL frontages introduce contrasting green and blue tones, while the cubicle doors are complemented by wood-grain edge detailing. The result is a fresh, contemporary scheme that balances vibrant colour with natural warmth and tactile detail.
The finished washroom environment feels modern, durable and considered — demonstrating that high-performance facilities can also play an important role in the overall design of an educational space.
