Our step-by-step guide on the process of buying bespoke

Step 1: Choose your product.

All our enquiries are logged into our internal system, and our team of experts are allocated to your project. We will help and advise you in creating the perfect design and installation for your needs and specification. All our ranges are completely bespoke with virtually no limitations, meaning we can support you in achieving your perfect project. Step 2: Estimating: creating your quotation.

Utilising our attention to detail and speedy service, we aim to get all our quotations out in 3 days, giving you the best price without compromising on quality. Our estimating team are here to give you technical advice on all our products throughout your ordering and installation process. With a wealth of expertise, we can provide the right products, at your ideal price point, communicating with you each step of the way to ensure we get it right! Step 3: CAD: creating your technical drawings.

Once your order is placed, our highly skilled CAD team will get to work on creating your technical drawings for the project ready for manufacture. Drawings are issued within 7-10 days of your order being placed. All designs and dimensions will then be sent back to you for your approval, ensuring you are happy with dimensions, colours, and design, before moving on to manufacture.

 

Step 4: Manufacture.

At Excelsior, we are proud to have invested in state-of-the-art machinery and technology to bring your vision to life. Our Production Manager allocates time and resource to our beam saw and CNC, which then moves into fabrication and frames for any items that are preassembled. With a final quality control department ensuring all items are to the highest standard before packaging and dispatch. Our manufacturing team work on-site at our headquarters in the heart of the West Midlands, ensuring we have complete control of overall quality assurance and lead times.

 

Step 5: Delivery and Installation.

Excelsior products are available on a supply only and supply and install basis. All installation projects are managed by a dedicated Contracts Manager who will guide you through and oversea the project until completion. Our dedicated fleet of vehicles deliver up and down the country with our delivery and fitting teams working on our staff. This means that there is never any uncertainty about who to call, as we’re here to help and support every step of the way!

 

Step 6: After sales support.
