Our range of custom pre-hung duct panels are a practical and aesthetic solution for concealing integrated plumbing systems. Tailored for the healthcare industry, our IPS panels can be manufactured to fit any sanitaryware and location, available in Solid Grade Laminate and High-Pressure Laminate overlay material to meet budget and environmental requirements.
Providing both manufacturing and installation services, Excelsior recommends installation by our expert team; however, we can provide a complete set of fixing instructions and technical information to assist with independent installation.
Our Different Healthcare Cubicle Panels
Explore our range of healthcare cubicle panels, provided as part of the complete washroom solution.
Created in line with your design requirements, Excelsior’s IPS panels are set on a wooden frame as standard, with aluminium frames available upon request for wet and dry areas.
We can manufacture panels in a wide range of colours and designs, utilising a protective overlay of either Solid Grade Laminate (SGL) or square-edged or postformed High Pressure Laminate (HPL). This ensures our IPS panels are able to meet the durability requirements of your washroom, across a range of environments.
You can further improve security and access of your IPS panels with hinged and lockable top panels, available at an additional cost.
All of our healthcare cubicle panels are fully compliant with the latest NHS estate guidelines.
The Mariner Range
The Mariner Range, incorporating IPS panels, is manufactured using compact SGL; this makes it a hard-wearing system suited to humid and wet environments and offers durability under impact.
The Select Range
A HPL system, the Select Range is a practical and robust system for medium use durability. The Select Range is an attractive system, delivering your chosen aesthetic.
Healthcare 'Flush' Range
Made from SGL, out HealthcareFlush panel systems sit flush with the frame due to their rebated edges.

Healthcare Washroom Regulations
At Excelsior, we adhere to the latest regulations during manufacturing and installation operations to ensure our healthcare washrooms promote safety, accessibility, and hygiene for all users.
Bacteria-Fighting Panels
Excelsior’s Solid Grade Laminate and High Pressure Laminate are both hospital-grade materials, with built-in antibacterial properties. They eliminate 99.99% of bacteria within 24 hours.
These bacteria-fighting materials help to minimise the spread of healthcare acquired infections; this is essential for limiting the health, logistical, and financial implications that HAI can raise.
Alongside bacteria-fighting materials, our healthcare washrooms are designed for ease of maintenance and cleaning, ensuring proper cleaning procedures are impactful.
Durable Washroom Facilities
Our washrooms are manufactured with high quality materials for durability in high-traffic, moist, or wet environments as well as environments with a high risk of vandalism.
The increased foot traffic of healthcare facilities such as hospitals and A&E departments means near constant use for some washroom facilities, so durability is key to cost-effectiveness and reliability.
Creating an Accessible Washroom
In line with Approved Document M and other current standards and guidelines, we aim to increase accessibility and useability of our washrooms for disabled people.
Excelsior works in collaboration with an appointed architect to achieve this, ensuring our washrooms meet the needs of all users.
