To prepare an accurate quotation, we usually require basic project information such as the building type, approximate layout or drawings, preferred cubicle range, and any specific materials or finishes. If full drawings are not available yet, our team can still provide guidance and help you identify suitable options.

Excelsior offers a wide range of products and services within the washroom sector. This includes cubicles, panelling, ducts, vanities, lockers, benches, cabinetry, changing cubicles and ‘superloos’. Excelsior products are made to be bespoke to each project, and therefore their services vary to meet the needs of the installation.

Yes. All of our washroom systems are manufactured to order, which allows us to tailor layouts, finishes and configurations to suit the specific needs of each project. This flexibility makes our systems suitable for a wide range of environments including education, leisure, healthcare and commercial spaces.

All of Excelsior's washroom installations are bespoke and created to meet our customers needs. Therefore, we do not have a 'price' as such for each range, but a price point at which to start bespoke measurements and requirements. 

Typically, the price points of the toilet cubicle materials begin with Solid Grade Laminate as the most expensive, and Melamine Faced Chipboard as the least expensive. This may vary project-to-project based on specifications. 

From an initial enquiry, our estimating team works to 2-3 days to return your quotation.  From order placed, our CAD team works to 7-10 days to return your drawings.  From approval of drawings, our manufacturing team works to 3-4 weeks for manufacture and delivery of products.

We offer both options. Many customers choose supply only, particularly when working with their own contractors, while others prefer supply and installation managed by our experienced contracts team.

All of our products are manufactured at our headquarters in the West Midlands, where our production team use modern machinery and strict quality control processes to ensure consistency and durability across every project.
