The new USP Steels facility in Dudley has been developed to provide a modern, high-quality working environment that reflects the company's continued investment in its people and operations.

The washroom facilities required a bespoke solution that complemented the building's contemporary aesthetic while delivering the durability needed for a busy commercial environment. The client was looking for a coordinated system that would achieve a premium finish throughout, balancing visual appeal with practical, low maintenance performance. 

Excelsior supplied and installed a bespoke washroom package from the Select Range, including HPL toilet cubicles, IPS duct panelling, vanity units and drawer storage. Finished in Egger Marone Casella Oak with black aluminium hardware, the washrooms have a warm, contemporary look, while the Staron Onyx Black solid surface vanity tops add a premium finish.

Manufactured to the project's exact specification, the installation delivers a practical, hard-wearing solution that complements the overall design of the new facility. 

Every element of the new facility has been carefully considered to create a workplace that is both functional and visually impressive.
