Richard has been in the washroom industry for over 25 years. Before this Richard worked as a skilled joiner & site manager; his experience affords him the practical skills in guiding the business and our clients through the design process and internal research and development.
Richard in partnership with Steve took over the business in a Management Buy out in 2019.
Stephen Sanders
Operations Director
Joined Excelsior in 2006
Hobbies: Expert wine & whisky taster, keen fisherman.
Steve managed the Contracts Team for many years before becoming Operations Director. Steve now works closely with Nick and the Production Department ensuring we continue to run smoothly and satisfy our customers orders.
Steve in partnership with Richard took over the business in a Management Buy out in 2019
Famous for: disabling anything IT related & in a past life being a Professional Golfer (with a glass back).
Nick Russell
Operations and Production Manager

Hobbies: Socialising, city breaks, visiting new places, model making
Nick has been with the business pretty much from the beginning. Nick oversees CAD, Contracts, Production and Logistics; Managing a team of over 50 people, Nick is a much loved member of the team who (almost always) has a smile on his face.
Tracy Gallagher
Sales & Office Manager
Joined Excelsior in 2015
Hobbies: Travel, walking the dog, enjoying good food & wine and spending time with family
Tracy has been with the business for just under a decade; a background in Facilities Management for a multinational conglomerate affords Tracy a great background when it comes to Managing the Sales & Estimating Team and overseeing the running of the office as a whole.

Hobbies: Baking, Crafting & Running Club
Clare is a spreadsheet-loving financial professional experienced in overseeing end-to-end business accounts for medium-sized entities, including driving improvements to enhance overall company performance. Clare is loyal to a fault and thrives when working in a team. She has a consistent track record of supporting colleagues to deliver the best outcomes for the company.

Jon Doman

Jon manages our installation contracts and supports our clients from the moment an order is placed until the project is completed.
He takes great pride in his work, collaborating closely with all parties involved to ensure timely fitting, high-quality finishes, and overall customer satisfaction. Jon's dedication is evident in the high level of customer retention and repeat business he secures, which stands as a testament to the immense effort he invests in every project. Kevin Adams
Contracts Manager

Hobbies: Sports and exercise/activities, DIY, eating out and time with family
Kevin also manages our installation contracts, ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained from concept to completion.
Passionate about research and development, Kevin consistently introduces innovative ideas to enhance our products and ranges, better serving our clients. Known for his ability to get things done, he excels in systems management and process implementation. Kevin puts his all into every project, ensuring clients are happy with both the service and the final result.
Richard Morris
Production Manager / Planner

Hobbies: Visiting National Trust Properties, Gardening and Single Malt Tasting
Working closely with Nick, Richard assists in the daily optimization of our workflow into the factory, ensuring that all necessary materials are on hand and organized. His meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach play a crucial role in maintaining efficiency and productivity.
When Nick is absent, Richard steps up to manage the production element, ensuring that our customers continue to receive the seamless service they are accustomed to.
His ability to seamlessly transition into this leadership role demonstrates his versatility and commitment to maintaining our high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Millie Gallagher
Marketing Manager

Hobbies: Walking the dog & enjoying drinks in the sun
Millie has worked with Excelsior since 2018, part-time alongside University, in the Sales team. Working within different departments, Millie has a great understanding of what we do as a company and what our customers need. In 2025, Millie is back at Excelsior in a Marketing role, utilising her creative eye, love of photography, and attention to detail to market our products and reach our customers.

Yusef has over a decade’s worth of sales experience working for manufacturers. Passionate about great design, Yusef is keen to support specifiers with the process of delivering great washrooms for their clients. Equally passionate about great value, he is also very enthusiastic about helping customers achieve the best outcome possible within their clients’ budgets. If you would like to talk materials, products, or bespoke options please pick up the phone or drop him an email.
Originally from Herefordshire, Yusef has lived in Leicester, South Wales, Surrey, and now South East London. This means that he knows UK roads very well and loves getting out and meeting people. He enjoys live sport, live music, theatre, great food & wine. He also enjoys travelling with his wife - whether back to see her family in the US, or a European city break.
Lasith Achintha
Estimator
Joined Excelsior in 2025
Hobbies: Spending time with my family, hiking, playing cricket, and relaxing with good movies.
Moving from our CAD team, Lasith is now a dedicated Estimator and an asset to the estimating team. With several years of experience in construction, cost management, and project coordination, he brings a strong understanding of construction process, accuracy, and client expectations, helping to deliver clear, reliable quotations every time. He enjoys being part of a supportive team environment and takes pride in producing high quality work that contributes to successful projects and happy clients.
Matthew Powell
Senior Estimator & Systems Lead

Hobbies: Hiking, visiting national trust locations and programming/building electronic drones to further his exploration of the sky
Matthew has been working as an estimator in the construction industry since 2012, but we are lucky enough to have had him on the team since 2021.
Matthew's role has changed since joining us; he is now responsible for the management of our IT systems, as well as training staff and making any necessary changes we need for reporting and administration purposes.
Kind, considerate, and highly professional, Matthew has been instrumental in the implementation of these new systems and is always willing to lend a hand to help his colleagues.
Sandra Edwards

Hobbies: Travel, spending quality time with family; especially her grandchildren!
Sandra has 32 years of customer service and sales experience under her belt and is an integral part of our sales function. Responsible for the day-to-day follow-up on quotes and tenders, Sandra has forged many great relationships with our clients since joining in 2022.
Sandra is always looking out for others and cares deeply about the team and our customers. Always willing to go the extra mile, she ensures that our contractors and architects receive any information, samples, or ironmongery they request.
Sandra is a much-loved and important part of the team, and she always makes others smile.
Mark Rose

Hobbies: Bowls, Walking and Travel
Mark has been in the washroom industry for over 40 years, incorporating many varied roles in production, estimating, sales, and management, all with one aim: to build an ongoing and strong relationship with the client. Mark looks after many of our large accounts, and his knowledge and awareness are invaluable to the team (as well as his dry sense of humor!).
Mark's impressive expertise and unwavering dedication make him a standout in his field, consistently delivering results that exceed expectations.
He has been an active member of Snitterfield Bowls Club for the last five years and is also currently their treasurer. He enjoys walking in the countryside and traveling overseas.
Matt Phillips

Meet Matt, the Estimator. He isn’t just laying out boring toilet cubicles—he’s crafting environments where deadlines are met, friendships are forged, and coffee-fuelled creativity flows.
Next time you see a perfectly aligned row of cubicles, a sweaty changing room, or a pristine vanity trough, give a nod to Matt. For even the simple things in life need care and love, which Matt pours into each and every project, ensuring that washrooms are not only fit for purpose but built to last.

Hobbies: Currency & stock market trading, looking at cars he can't afford and going home and away with Man United.
Ollie’s journey with us has been nothing short of hands-on. He’s done a bit of everything, from working in the factory to heading out on-site for fittings.
This broad experience gives him a unique understanding of our operations and what our customers truly need.
Now, as a key account manager, Ollie brings that expertise and his personal touch to every interaction. His warmth, hard work, and dedication make him not just a great colleague, but someone our customers know they can rely on.

A highly experienced Project Controller and Reporting Specialist, Mo brings a strong record of driving performance through robust project governance, financial control, and high-quality reporting. In the Project Supervisor role, they seek to apply this expertise to optimise project delivery by implementing disciplined controls, proactively managing risk, and maintaining clear, effective communication with both internal stakeholders and clients. Scott Sidaway

Hobbies: Spending time with the family and watching the Wolves
Joining our company in 2011 within the fabrication section, Scott has demonstrated remarkable growth and adaptability. Over the years, he has mastered various machines, such as CNCs, beam saws, and edge banders, and eventually managed the frames section.
Fast forward to 2024, and Scott is now the Operations Coordinator.
Scott oversees the CAD department and stores, ensuring their smooth operation and providing assistance as needed.
Needless to say, Scott's knowledge and dedication to Excelsior are greatly appreciated by all, and the team would not be the same without him.
Vicki Bates
Production Co-ordinator

Hobbies: Sons of Anarchy, True Crime & Horror Movies, collecting movie memorabilia, watching darts, knitting and spending time with the hubby.
Although Vicki has not been with us long, she has made a big impact.
Coming from the right background and equipped with the right skills, she has quickly adapted to the Excelsior way and has made significant progress.
Vicki is known to be a joker, and her sense of humor always puts a smile on our faces.

Simon Tomkins
Site inspections & Aftercare Co-ordinator

Hobbies: West Bromwich Albion season ticket holder, following Speedway GP and "WORK, REST, ENJOY, REPEAT"
Simon is our invaluable on-the-road expert, dedicated to supporting our clients on-site. He is responsible for site surveys, inspections, audits, and field view sign-offs. Simon works closely with our contract managers to ensure the seamless delivery and installation of our products while independently managing some of his own projects.
Conscientious, diligent, and proactive, Simon has a high attention to detail and takes great pride in his work.
Having been with us since 1988, Simon's extensive knowledge of our industry and business is unparalleled. We are deeply grateful for his unwavering commitment and expertise.
Andrew Blundell
Production Co-ordinator

Hobbies: Keen DIY-er, eating out and short breaks away from home.
Andrew also joined us this year but brings a wealth of experience and knowledge.
Working closely with Nick and the team, Andrew keeps the workflow organized on the shop floor.
Eager to learn and always willing to contribute, Andrew has quickly settled in and become someone we rely on.

Hobbies: Cooking, shopping, and enjoying quality time with family and friends.
We are excited to welcome Nisha as a highly qualified CAD technician, and we feel privileged to have her on our CAD team.
Nisha brings a wealth of experience and expertise, and she has quickly adapted to working at Excelsior. She consistently strives to thoroughly understand client requirements, ensuring her drawings are detailed, accurate, and of the highest quality.

Callum Foster
CAD Technician / CNC Programmer
Joined Excelsior in 2022
Hobbies: Watching films, socialising with friends and a Professional Airsofter!
Callum works closely with our clients to ensure that the CAD drawings he creates perfectly align with their vision.
He also creates programs based on the drawings, which are then loaded onto the CNC machines to produce products of various shapes and sizes that suit our clients' specific needs.
Always pleasant and friendly, Callum's positive energy is a breath of fresh air.
Eager to learn and always willing to lend a helping hand, Callum is a highly esteemed member of the team.
Ellis Young
CAD Technician

Hobbies: Watching the Football (Arsenal fan), Live Music and watching UFC.
Ellis's day-to-day responsibilities typically involve creating 2D technical drawings for customers. Once these drawings are confirmed, Ellis ensures the items are prepared for production.
Ellis and Callum are in charge of some of our key accounts, which have different ranges compared to our standard clients and require a quicker turnaround.
Additionally, Ellis helps train newer team members when needed, providing support to ensure they are well integrated into the team.
Ambitious and eager to learn, Ellis is our longest-serving CAD member and is a highly valued part of the team.
