Richard has been in the washroom industry for over 25 years. Before this Richard worked as a skilled joiner & site manager; his experience affords him the practical skills in guiding the business and our clients through the design process and internal research and development.
Richard in partnership with Steve took over the business in a Management Buy out in 2019.
Joined Excelsior in 2006
Hobbies: Expert wine & whisky taster, keen fisherman.
Steve managed the Contracts Team for many years before becoming Operations Director. Steve now works closely with Nick and the Production Department ensuring we continue to run smoothly and satisfy our customers orders.

Famous for: disabling anything IT related & in a past life being a Professional Golfer (with a glass back).

Hobbies: Socialising, city breaks, visiting new places, model making
Nick has been with the business pretty much from the beginning. Nick oversees CAD, Contracts, Production and Logistics; Managing a team of over 50 people, Nick is a much loved member of the team who (almost always) has a smile on his face.
Sales & Office Manager

Hobbies: Travel, walking the dog, enjoying good food & wine and spending time with family
Tracy has been with the business for over 7 years; a background in Facilities Management for a multinational conglomerate affords Tracy a great background when it comes to Managing the Sales & Estimating Team and overseeing the running of the office as a whole.
Joined Excelsior in 2022
Greg has been in the washroom industry for over 20 years. Starting as an estimator, working up to a sales manager, then operating for the last 8 years at a senior director level. He is passionate about building relationships within the industry, ensuring customers receive best service and value. Greg recently joined the business and is looking forward to using his experience to promote Excelsior and our core values within the industry.
