What Is LRV?

Light Reflectance Value (LRV) measures the amount of visible light that a surface reflects when illuminated by a light source. It’s expressed as a percentage on a scale from 0 to 100, where 0 represents absolute black (no light reflected) and 100 represents pure white (maximum light reflected).

When specifying wall panelling, doors, and associated ironmongery, we can advise on the ideal LRV combinations to achieve the necessary contrast and compliance.

Our bespoke manufacturing process means we can precisely colour-match or contrast finishes across materials — ensuring that every element, from wall panels to door hardware, contributes to a unified and accessible design.

What toilet cubicles are the cheapest?

Accepted Answer

All of Excelsior's washroom installations are bespoke and created to meet our customers needs. Therefore, we do not have a 'price' as such for each range, but a price point at which to start bespoke measurements and requirements.

Typically, the price points of the toilet cubicle materials begin with Solid Grade Laminate as the most expensive, and Melamine Faced Chipboard as the least expensive. This may vary project-to-project based on specifications.

Where can I get toilet cubicles?

Excelsior offers a wide range of products and services within the washroom sector. This includes cubicles, panelling, ducts, vanities, lockers, benches, cabinetry, changing cubicles and ‘superloos’. Excelsior products are made to be bespoke to each project, and therefore their services vary to meet the needs of the installation.

What colours can I have?

I’m based in Solihull, what areas do you cover?

Located in the Black Country, West Midlands, Excelsior are perfectly placed to serve the whole of the UK. Our dedicated fleet of vehicles deliver up and down the country with our delivery and fitting teams working on our staff. All fitting teams are qualified to CSCS standard, with SSTS working supervisors also available.

Question 7

How long will it take to fit my new washroom?

Accepted Answer

From an initial enquiry, our estimating team works to 2-3 days to return your quotation. From order placed, our CAD team works to 7-10 days to return your drawings. From approval of drawings, our manufacturing team works to 3-4 weeks for manufacture and delivery of products.
